Pool Play in a Doggie Swimming Pool

Our indoor swimming pool is a great place for dogs to have fun and get some exercise at the same time. There’s plenty of room for all sizes of dogs. The full size (29′ x 17′ x 4 1/2′) swimming pool is open year round for your dog’s pleasure. We maintain the water temperature at 86°—perfect for romping and keeping muscles warm. BowWow Fun Towne sanitation uses a process called IONIZATION. Ionization is a process that water passes over the copper and iron cells and it zaps the dirty water. We also use bromine tablets to keep the pool extra clean and comfortable for sensitive doggie skin, fur and eyes!

Open Swim

Requirement for open swim
Open swims are for well socialized, non aggressive dogs and those dogs that do not require assistance getting in and out of the pool.

 

Private Swim

Private or individual swims are available
 Reasons for private or individual swim session:
One-on-One Training
A household with multiple dogs
A dog that needs their own space
Inexperience swimmers or dogs that are learning to swim or never swam
Need assistant getting in and out of the pool
Dogs need to stay in the water to maintain a consistent physical regiment

July and August our pool is open Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm

What to bring
Swim registration/terms and condition form – Swimming Registration Form
Proof of current vaccination and fecal exam result within 30 days
Towels to wipe down your dog
Change of clothing for you just in case
Retrieving toy
Poop bags

Our pool may be rented out for parties (birthday, adoption) or training (retrieve, jump for dock dogs etc).
